The Reveal! Doing home remodels is a lot of work…detailed, high-pressure work. From the first moment of meeting a new homeowner or other property owners, through the decision tree of options, bidding, and final agreement, to the oversight of each installation, managing remodels is a really high-pressure job.
But then it becomes 100% worth it when my client beams with excitement and pride at the reveal. It feels so good to know that all the hard work will turn into years of improved life for my client…and now friend.
In order to be sure that the reveal turns into a time of excitement and smiles all around, I insist on a clear set of procedures and values.
I understand that the goal is to change your home in some way that will make a part of your dream home come true. In order to ensure the best possible outcome everyone at D&A is taught to listen carefully to the needs of our customers. We will ask questions designed to ensure that we are on the same page with you every step of the way.
Integrity in all things. We only deal with the finest materials unless you specifically tell us to use what we see is an inferior product. We work hard to secure relationships with outstanding suppliers who deliver superior materials at great prices.
We also employ tradespeople who are known to us for having the skills to get the job done right, who will treat our customers with kindness and respect, and who will work hard to clean up after themselves.
